  • Our main branch is located in Blenheim, Marlborough and we have a second branch in Westport, Buller. In additon, Noel Templeton holds a fortnightly clinic at the Reefton Medical Centre.

    For those who are physically unable to come in to the office, we also offer home visits. Please contact us to find out more.

  • Pick-up & Drop-off Service

    For our patients who are not able to drive or who are having transport difficulties it is our pleasure to be able to offer a pick-up and drop-off service for their appointment.

  • Domiciliary Service

    We are happy to provide home visits in special circumstances.

  • On-call Care

    We are available by mobile telephone for emergency assistance at any time.

  • On-site Parking

    At all our practices there is plenty of on-site parking and wheelchair access is readily available.
