Atropine 0.01% since more recent research has been increased to 0.05% minimal side effects compared with atropine at 0.1% and 0.5%, and retains comparable efficacy in controlling myopia progression.

                            Orthokeratology : ortho-k, is the use of specially designed and fitted contact lenses to temporarily reshape the cornea to improve vision and reduce the progression of myopia. “It’s like orthodontics for your eyes”  Most ortho-k lenses are worn at night to reshape the front surface of the eye while you sleep. Vision improvements are reversible but can be maintained if you keep wearing the lenses as directed.
